I'm Kauen, and my journey's been anything but ordinary. Born in Hawaii, raised between the mainland US, France, and Tahiti, with time in Japan, Korea, and everywhere in between. Each place gave me new stories, new ways of understanding what it means to be human.

I write for anyone who's ever felt invisible, counted out, or told their dream is too small. If any of this sounds like your story, you belong here.
